In-House Interior Design
Complimentary design services are included in your BR2 building package. Through personal consultation, you will be guided through the building process from early design concept through to completion. This will ensure that your new home will not only be beautiful, it will also be functional and efficient to best suit you.
How it works
Initial Visit: The designers will meet with you in person if you are available, or over the phone/email if you are unable to travel. Exterior home materials are selected to get the process underway, as well as assisting you in completing the necessary documentation if required for your home build.
Continued Selections: Once the exterior is established, our designers will aid you in making selections for the interior of your home. They are available to you based on the level of assistance you require—if you are unsure about a choice and need a second opinion, they would love to lend you an ear, and if you’d like them to make selections on your behalf, they are happy to offer you their expertise.
Timeline Assistance: In addition to helping with material selections, the interior designers fulfill an important role in keeping you focused on the materials in the order they are required. They also act as a guide regarding the build timeline by making sure you have made the necessary choices in the time required to keep the build on course.
